What it does
According to its listing, it walks you through context gathering (you supply background, the AI asks questions), then builds the document section by section, then checks it with a reader who has no context. It can pull context from connected documents or team chats when those connections exist.
Good for
Specs, proposals and internal documents where the first draft is usually too vague.

On Claude paid plans, Anthropic's example skills may already be available. The npx skills command downloads and runs Vercel's skills installer from npm.
